Welcome to The Kindred Practice
Helping you join the dots to create an easier and more connected family life.
At The Kindred Practice, our goal is to provide children, adolescents, and their families with the best possible psychological support. We understand that growing up can be tough (and so is helping someone grow up). Sometimes families just need some help joining the dots to solve the challenges they’re facing and get back to what matters – having more connected and rewarding lives.

We're here to help
Reaching out for support is a big decision and can come after months (or even years) of trying to manage a challenging situation. We know how brave children and young people (and the big people who care for them) are to seek out support, and we provide a welcoming, fun, and safe space for them to do so.
